Once your dog is of 6 months of age, they need to be spayed or neutered to return to Dog City. This is to reduce the potential for aggression. This is not only for Males but also Females as it can cause problems in open play. Please update your records with us as soon as possible when your dog has any changes to their medical history.
In the event that your pet requires medical attention, we will make every effort to contact you or those listed on your contact sheet. If we are unable to contact you or your emergency contact, we use a 24/7 veterinarian that we partner with to ensure that your dog gets immediate assistance in the event of an emergency.
If your dog has something that is contagious or that could possibly become contagious, please do not bring your dog into Dog City until your veterinarian has confirmed that they are no longer a risk to other dogs.
