  • What are the hours for pick-up and drop-off?
We’re open Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Our Saturday and Sunday hours are 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. These are the hours you can pick up or drop off your dog. Daycare is open Monday through Friday. The Saturday and Sunday hours of operation are used for pick up from boarding, for the dogs to receive their exercise, being fed and bathroom breaks.
  • What are your Holiday hours/policys?
They are the same as our Sunday hours (6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.) We require a 2 day minimum for all Holiday boarding.
  • Can I tour the facility?
Yes! New owners are given a tour upon request. This gives you a chance to see where your dog will be spending their time. Tours are recommended during non-peak hours (Peak hours are 6:30-8:30 a.m. and 4:00-7:00 p.m.)
  • How do I get my dog started?
We will have you fill out a form, which can be found here, that usually takes about 5 minutes to complete. You may fill out the form in person or in advance via the link. We will also need to verify your dog's vaccination history before they can play. Please see vaccinations required directly below. Lastly, they will have an initial evaluation that typically lasts around 15-20 minutes. This is where they will be put through a series of tests to see how they interact with other dogs.
  • What vaccinations does my dog need to attend Dog City?
Your dog needs to be current on the following vaccinations: Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella vaccines. All vaccinations must be done by veterinarian. Frequency based on whether vaccines are given oral, intra-nasal, etc. Your veterinarian should have an expiration when they administer.
  • How old does my dog have to be to attend Dog City?
Good question! Dogs must be at least 4 months old and have all of their vaccines to attend.
  • Does my dog need to be fixed, if so when?"
Once your dog is of 6 months of age, they need to be spayed or neutered to return to Dog City. This is to reduce the potential for aggression. This is not only for Males but also Females as it can cause problems in open play. Please update your records with us as soon as possible when your dog has any changes to their medical history.
  • My dog takes medication. Are you able to give it to him/her?
Yes, we can gladly administer any medications (excluding injections) that you would normally give at home. There is no additional charge for this service.
  • What if my pet becomes ill or requires medical attention during their stay?
In the event that your pet requires medical attention, we will make every effort to contact you or those listed on your contact sheet. If we are unable to contact you or your emergency contact, we use a 24/7 veterinarian that we partner with to ensure that your dog gets immediate assistance in the event of an emergency.
  • Can you care for dogs that are ill or have special medical needs?
If your dog has something that is contagious or that could possibly become contagious, please do not bring your dog into Dog City until your veterinarian has confirmed that they are no longer a risk to other dogs. We want to ensure that all the dogs at Dog City are healthy and are in a safe environment. All healthy dogs are welcome!
  • Can my dogs stay together while boarding?
Yes, we will try and make all accommodations necessary so dogs from the same family can stay together in the same kennel. We want your pet to feel like they are at home.
  • Am I able to watch my dogs play?
Yes! We have live webcams available in all of our indoor and outdoor play areas at no additional charge. There are no cameras by the boarding areas so don't be alarmed if you don't see your dog out in the play area.
  • Does my dog get any rest during daycare?
Since daycare can be very tiring, all dogs are given several rest periods throughout the day. This is used for nap time, meal time and a time to rest.
  • Is my dog able to go outside?
Yes, we have two outdoor play areas that are fenced in. This gives your dog a chance to go to the bathroom and to get some fresh air.
  • Do I need to bring my dogs food if they are boarding?
We typically recommend bringing your dog’s food from home, as most dogs do better staying on their regular meal plan. Our staff will feed them at their recommended times as well (during open hours of operation). If you can bag meals in seperate zip-locs, this is prefered but not required.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your reservation it’s as easy as a phone call or email to let us know. There is no penalty as long as we receive a phone call or email at least 48 hours in advance. If we don't receive a cancellation request before 48 hours, we only keep the deposit for boarding.
  • Are there any breeds that you do not accept?
No! All kinds of dogs are gladly welcomed.
